Breaking: Bobrisky Receives 6-Month Jail Sentence, Without Fine Option

Idris Okuneye, famously known as Bobrisky, has been sentenced to six months in jail with no option of a fine by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos State.

The sentence stems from allegations of abuse of the Nigerian Naira currency.

Bobrisky, a figure in Nigeria’s entertainment and social media scene, has garnered attention for his flamboyant lifestyle and bold persona, which includes cross-dressing.

The judgement, delivered this morning, revolved around accusations of Bobrisky engaging in activities that violate the Nigerian law regarding the handling and treatment of the national currency.
