Reality Show Contestants Abandoned In Lekki Apartment, Allege Fraud By Organizers

Housemates on a reality TV show called Biggie’s Mansion in Lagos have accused the organisers of abandoning them in a poorly equipped apartment at Richland Gardens Estate, Vantage Court, Lekki. The housemates claim they were left without necessities such as light, food, and water despite being charged ₦25,000 each upon arrival.

In a video shared online, the housemates revealed that they had been in the apartment for 48 hours without contact from the show organisers. The apartment, they said, lacked electricity and food, leaving them frustrated and desperate.

One of the housemates voiced their frustration, saying, “We’re here. We’re just frustrated. We don’t have food to eat. We don’t have anything. The apartment is in Lekki, Lagos. We’re calling out for help now.”

Another housemate added, “The show was meant to start today, but we’ve not met with the host. We’ve not met with anybody. We’re just stranded here. There’s no food. No water. Please, come to our aid and help us.”

Additionally, this would be the third edition of the supposed reality TV show. The public reportedly voted in the housemates to participate in the show. Upon their arrival yesterday, they were asked to pay ₦25,000 each, totalling ₦500,000 for 20 housemates. However, instead of the promised amenities, they found themselves in a dire situation.

Adding to the controversy, the Instagram handle associated with Biggie’s Mansion has been turned off at the time of this report. While tags to the handle exist, the page is no longer accessible.
