Award-winning artiste Chike has released his highly anticipated album ‘Son of Chike,’ which dropped on July 19, 2024, and is now available on all streaming platforms. The 12-track album, inspired by his family legacy and artistic evolution, delves deep into Chike’s cultural roots and celebrates his family name, Osebuka.

The album collaborates with prominent industry figures, including Olamide, Qing Madi, Ladipoe, Amaeya, and the late Mohbad. The lead single, ‘Egwu,’ featuring Mohbad, has already topped the charts and garnered over 250 million global streams.

Chike’s new project comes two years after his critically acclaimed sophomore album, ‘The Brother’s Keeper.’ ‘Son of Chike’ not only marks a continuation of his artistic journey but also serves as a tribute to his father’s legacy and a reflection on the human experience, navigating the complexities of relationships and personal growth. 

Chike has also been known to craft timeless love ballads, and he did that with the track ‘Mma (Beauty)’ highlighting his cultural background, too. “Ego Oyibo” comes hard on the same note.
