Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy has secured his position alongside collaborator Tems, setting a new milestone for Nigerian musicians on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The accomplishment comes after their collaboration with 21 Savage and Metro Boomin, titled “Just Like Me,” debuted at an impressive number 67 on the latest Hot 100 chart, marking Burna Boy’s fifth entry.

This achievement establishes both Burna Boy and Tems as record holders for the most Billboard Hot 100 entries by African/Nigerian artists, each boasting a total of five entries. Notable among Burna Boy’s previous charting songs are “Loved By You” featuring Justin Bieber, “Last Last,” “Sitting On Top Of The World” featuring 21 Savage, and “Talibans II” featuring Byron Messia.

This accomplishment reflects the growing global impact of Nigerian artists, with others like Wizkid, Rema, Fireboy, and CKay also making notable entries on the prestigious chart.
